Hi, Recently I have done a blood test. My cpk level is 975 iu/l. So the doctor prescribed some medicines relating to heart disease. Even he advised to use pump twice daily. He also advised me to undergo echo and tmt test. I am quite worried about my health. What happens when cpk level rises? What are the risk factors related to cpk? Is it really necessary to undergo those tests namely echo and tmt? How tmt test is done? Pls help me.

Cpk level rises when muscles in the body gets damaged by low blood supply. It is almost an emergency to do the basic test like echo to get early treatment. Do as the cardiologist say.
