Hi, shivraj is my 3 years old boy. Since birth he had been suffering from stomach problem. When he was 2 months old he suffered from lactose problem & milk allergy problem. Then our doctor advised us to give him soy milk like zerolac & isomil milk. We continued these milk up to 2 years. When he was 2 years above our doctor advised us to give him pedia gold plus milk which is lactose & gluten free milk. But he could not digest the milk and did frequent watery stool. Then our doctor advised us not to give him any milk or milk product as well as stop to eat biscuit and junk food. We did not give him any milk product, biscuit and junk food for the last three months. Now he is not doing watery stool but his stool is like paste (colgate) type. We observed first part of his stool is hard like normal stool but the last part of his stool is paste type like soft and curd type. We again visited our doctor chamber and our doctor did x-ray and found constipation. He did not go to toilet regularly. Then our doctor advised to give him muout+ powder (3 spoons) and colax syrup (12 ml) both together at night regularly for two months. Now, I want to know is it safe for three years old boy to take both these medicines together (muout + powder: 3 spoons per day & colax: 12 ml per day) daily at night for long two months for clearing motion. He has been taking these medicine for the last 3 (three) days and now he has been mild fever and doing watery stool. Now what can I do? How can I cure my boy? For your kind information and please give suggestion.
