Hi, 1 medium cup cooked Oats is fine per day. Rolled Oats is fine. Avoid masala Oats as its high on sodium and additives.

This factor determines are you going to lose weight or gain weight with the same food. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. This is wrong as we had our dinner 8-10 pm n bfast 8-10 am. So roughly 10-12 hours of fasting. So breakfast is the most important meal of the day. N the problem is we generally neglect it. We should take healthy bfast. Similarly dinner should be light n preferably done between 7-8 pm.
