Hello doctor, I were in egypt and the humidity caused many fungal appearance at my back and neck, I have tinea versicolor so I used fluconazole tabs and ketoconazole and clotrimazole ointment, suddenly around 6 acnes appeared, whats the explanation? The acnes are slightly hight and sometimes itch but very little.
