Hello.. You need to drink plenty of food , take curd , avoid oily food and along with these you may take Cap Bifilac ( probiotics) which will help to restore your intestinal flora .. If the etiology of your problem is infective than you may require an antibiotic ( cephalosporins like cefixime are safe )
