Sir mere blood pressure ha 111/56. And pulse rate. 53.sayad low ha na sir/madam. Mah kasa apna pressure maintain karu. Pelase give me some advise on basis of food and my daily lifestyle.

In my opinion you don, it require any attention presently but I think your lifestyle is very sedentary. Keep yourself active and do cycling, running and exercise daily. No special food require presently but in common take a balanced diet avoid junk food and carbonated drinks.
