I am 25 years old female. I am having backaches on and off since I gave birth 5 years ago. Used ointments done xray nothing happened. Some doctors says to keep my heart active and take more calciums. Yes I am quite a lazy person. So I started jogging 3 nights before. Noticed that within the first few minutes I get short of breathe and have difficulty in breathing and get tired as if I am going to faint so I stopped every night and did some exercises and came back home. Noticed that happens after I eat even. Now I am having muscle cramps here and there. Can you guide me how to do the jogging a better way for me. Because I get tired way too early. I want to improve it.

Hi there ,you have two problems 1 is back pain and 2nd is shortness of breath upon heavy exertion and both can be managed easily with proper awareness and education. Most of back pain is mechanical and can be cured with just posture correction. Make sure that when ever you sit you sit straight and with back tight. Avoid heavy weight lifting and bending. Do back extension exercise regularly three times a day. And more time when you are in pain. About jogging as you mentioned you had just started so it will be get better and better as you continue. Initially everyone faces same problem. However you can start with brisk walk or even simple walk and can increase speed gradually. Also drink more water for your cramp problem avoid junk food and take proper diet with proper minerals. All the best for your health Thank you
