I suddenly get up from my sleep. I get scared at night and my body starts shivering. Whenever I do any work. I forget what I am doing, if I go to any place, I can't remember whether I have gone there or I have done something. I can't remember anything.

To start with pl switch to light meals esp at night, avoid much chilly, spices. go Sayvic on food. clean stomach by some good herbal powder twice a week. start deep breathing exercises (pranayam for few minutes a day). do it for few days. re connect in case of difficulty. once you get hold on routine in few days, again it is advised to reconnect to get advanced guidance. or get local guidance there. but pl do it
