Can someone give full information about tretinoin a cream? It is safe to use on acne? Can this cream cause white patches for lifetime or short time? because in childhood I had hypopigmentation white patches under my eye area but those are gone but somehow i'm feeling that i'm using this cream for acnes can it's cause white patches on my skin if it is or not please answer me it's a regard in any case tretinoin a cause white patches or hypopigmentation on skin?
