I'm 21 years old, I had anal bleeding due to a fissure just once and treated it using hemmoroid cream and warm baths and the fissure has closed completely but currently my anus has a little swelling around it. It's dark in colour and doesn't hurt. Also an area little above my anus towards the scrotum hurts to touch.
