I am 24 year old female with rt lower ureteric stone 5.8 mm at the iliac vessel crossing .i m taking urimax 4 deflazacort 30 mg hs and alkamx b6 thrice for past 7 days but I was symptomatic 20 days back (acute lpin pain) pain well managed no fever no burning micturition urine putpit normal but isg shows mild hydronephrosis wih mild hydroureter rt side .kindly tell me how much to wait before going for eswl or ureteroscopy.
