Hi Sir, I am a student and 19 years old. I have my medical college admission test after a few days. Today I got home from my academy and all of a sudden I felt as if someone was gripping me neck and jaw tightly. My tonsils started to hurt. I felt kind of pain, irritation and burning under my tongue. After some moments my jaws, teeth and then ears started hurting and burning. My back was not supporting me and my stomach felt as if it was on fire. All of kept going on simultaneously and was out of my control. I drank some water but it was pinching my tongue and throat. Please tell me why this happened and what should I do?

1. Do saline gargles. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat.
