I had a cavity in my tooth which has now spread in each teeth what should I do so that it may not spread in left mouth.

First thing start brushing twice a day then reduce the amount of sweet foods then decrese the frequency of eating then mouthwash may benefit you and most importantly you must visit dentist and get all the cavities filled as soon as possible.
