Dear Amit, Obsessive symptoms may come with many other psychiatric disorders. Check with your doctor about the diagnosis. If your diagnosis is OCD, fludac 20 is a low dose. It needs to be increased every 2-3 weeks for better management. You may need CBT with ERP along with medicines, if it is OCD. OCD needs long term medicines in effective dose. Please have frequent follow up with your doctor.
