In the month of june (mid) I was in delhi and usually ate outside food like kebabs and other street food. I suddenly had watery diarrhoea for a couple of days and started having pain in rectum. I never had any problem passing the stool. Stayed there for a couple of days more and then realized that I was having problem with sitting or walking so I came back home and consulted doctor he gave me oil cream for anal application and took sits bath anyway I found great relief and eventually started doing my usual works after maybe 5-6 days. Then again in the month of july 28th I started having mild pain in rectum and then after 3 days I was on bed again not able to sit or walk properly and then few days later I could not defecate properly as I had pain when the stool was passed and the anal opening would close, I also had a small swelling at the lower part of anus. I also had little bleeding this time and almost 4 days I could see some watery discharge on my underwear or shorts. I am taking oil capsule, sulfasalazine, metrogyl and megapen and I don't have any swelling or bleeding or discharge but every time I pass stool I have a very mild pain. I can walk and sit normally but when I pass stool I have a very mild sensation of pain. I am also applying fp ointment of sbl and taking some homeopathic medication too.
