Please suggest From Last 2 weeks, after meal little heavy feel in stomach and mouth taste is change and tongue are lite white and stomach centre looks like cramp upper and centre. What this problem?

Most likely it happens when there is no fix time for a three day meals more over overeating and junk foods, food with heavy masala and oil and sedentary life style is responsible for this. More factors like smoking, alcohol intake etc also makes additional negative impact on it.
