I am very thin but my face is very fat .i also do facial exercises and chew chewing gum daily. What should I do to make it thin now?

i think facial exercises are good,you continue that and control your diet.Result are seen over a period of time.

Hi, Along with facial exercises, sleep well for 7-8 hours. Eat a well balanced diet and avoid junk food ,Packaged food like bread ,Biscuits ,Butter, Cheese etc. Also avoid fried and fatty foods. Include Protein rich foods like Fish, Chicken in less oil, Egg, Sprouts, Beans etc. Include essential fats like nuts and oilseeds- Flaxseeds,Mix vegetable seeds etc.
