I have slip disc L4/L5 n don't want to go for surgery. I am 58.I am managing the terrible pricks n pains for 3 years now. Will I deteorate as I age?

Do pelvic traction for 3 wks and stretch ur calf , hamstring and do some strengthening exercise with physio guidance.
