Hello, my last period was o june 15 and I have an average cycle length of 37 days. I have taken a home pregnancy test and it came positive. Then I have done a usg which says gravid uterus contains single gestational sac without any foetal pole. Yolk sac is not seen within it. Gs measures about 10 mm. Both adnexal regions are normal. Impression: very early intrauterine pregnancy. Does it mean I can take an abortion pill now? Kindly help.

If you do not want to continue pregnancy consult gynecoloist for termination of pregnancy. Abortion pills will be given under supervision followed by sonography 15 days later.
