Hi, I am a new mom and weight was 78 at the time of delivery, now she is 6 months still am looking like pregnant and 75 kg now. I have not started walking as being occupied with her I've to handle her alone. Suggest diet plan to reduce weight also belly lower belly is too big, I am not breastfeeding due to issues.
