Doctor, I am diagnosed of low platelet condition and local doctor here suspect it be of jaundice and dengue too. I have fever on and of for last 6 days. Can't eat anything though I have appetite. My mouth gets dry and every 5 minutes I need to sip water. My urine is strong yellow. Please suggest remedy.
