Hi, Lybrate user, you need ro take your blood sugar before meal to assess the exact sugar level in blood after meal. Normal sugar level after meal counts 90 to 14o mg/dl you need to monitor your sugar level ,frequently to assure your normal sugar level after meal adding sweet dishes, if need be. Tk, care.
