Hello Lybrate user. Symptoms of piles can be controlled by medical treatment however for definitive treatment especially for prolapsed piles, surgery is needed. For control of symptoms do the following. 1. Take lots of fluids and fruits. 2. Avoid red meat and spices. 3. Exercise regularly. 4. Do sits baths (hot water tub baths with a teaspoon of common salt) thrice a day 5. Take tablet dobirut twice a day for two weeks. 6. Apply osil cream thrice a day. 7. Continue lactihep with a glass of water bed time. For final diagnosis get yourself examined by a good proctologist or a general surgeon. Regards.
