Im roja. We r trying to conceive. Doctor suggested me to take meprate tablets and my last period was 16 june and on 19 july only light spotting occurred and stopped. So I consulted doctor she had done pregnancy test on 20 july it came negative and suggested regestrone tablets to take thrice for two days. With regestrone she had advised control-pm folic acid tablets. Will I be pregnant or not still my periods didn't occur. Is there any chance to be pregnant. Pregnancy test was done with urine sample. And now it's been 5 days stopped regestrone, today morning I saw light bleeding and bleeding stopped. after that till now on didn't see any bleeding. It has been stopped. Now why it's happening like this after using regestrone also. Please help.

It's a kind of withdrawal bleeding. Wait for another 5 days. You will get your periods.

The dose of regestrone or meprate is morning and night for 5 days. The bleeding occurs after 5-7 days after stopping the last tablet. When your irregular on a tablet there may be spotting which is to be avoided. Hence regular tablet intake is recommended.
