Hi sir/madam, whenever I masturbate, sperm will come within 2 minutes, and if once sperm came outside my penis temper goes zero (its looks normal, no temper). Within few months I have marriage if I have sex with my wife, then sperm will come fast and penis not tempered so what will I do for long time sex and penis always get temper.

Hello- the ejaculatory valve releases lubrication to stimulate the penile gland for an ejaculation, but the valve serves another, more important purpose: preventing the release of semen. When a man experiences stimulation, the parasympathetic nerves see an up tick in serotonin. Serotonin then provides the penis with enough pleasure to open and close the ejaculatory valve to lubricate the penile gland with pre-cum necessary for an ejaculation. But when little serotonin is found, the parasympathetic nerves cannot close the valve long enough to prevent an ejaculation. As a result of an opened valve, men prematurely explode.
