I am 9 th week pregnant 34 year old women. I am facing too much acidity. At midnight around 1 am I have to take tablet for acidity. rantac 150 mg. Yesterday day night both the time I took the tablet. Is it safe for my baby. Please suggest some suitable solutions. Thank you dr.

Hello lybrate-user, acidity is common during pregnancey. You can take rantac .it is safe. Also avoid heavey nd spicy meals. Do not lie immegetly after meals. Heavey lots of water.

Try to avoid vomitting if you already have by using safeat ante emetic in pregnancy and also have small frequent meal with adequate gap. Do not sleep soon after you have dinner. Take antacid like gelucil with doctors prescription.
