Hi Sir, I am 45 years female suffering from cervical and lumbar spondylosis as well as sciatica since 10 months. I was given epidural steroid injection for lumber paid in march but I did not got any relief. From past 1 month I am doing very light yoga which has given me 30% relief in pain. Any opinions for me in homeopath?
