Dear lybrate-user you exhibit symptoms suggestive of urinary tract infection. You have been evaluated well and thankfully your urinary tract shows no structural abnormality. There is no kidney stone, kidney size and prostate is normal. Urine culture shows signs of infection, hegde you must take antibiotics. Most of the infections occur on acidic urine. So in addition to having more water, you must have a syrup to alkanise the urine. Then burning sensation will resolve. Regards.
