Hi Doctor, I'm 26 years old. I maintain moderate beard all time. I can see dark skin colour on both sides of the face near ears also have light dark circles under eyes. Occasionally I'll get pimples on my face I don't have much problem but having some pimple scars some places (which are in mild). Suggest me some face wash or soaps to cure and get rid of all basic problems related to face. Skin tone is south Indian light brown in colour. Thanks in anticipation.
