I have a broken tooth and 3 of the nearby teeth have been completely eaten up by bacteria. The gums were paining very much and lately the pain has started spreading into the left side of brain, behind my left ear and all the way down to neck. The gums are very sensitive. Hello, As you have described the condition you have severe deep cavities in your multiple teeth that is the reason for the radiating pain in head and ear. Home remedies are not going to help you at this stage you have to visit a dentist and get x-ray done base on that if teeth can be saved get them restored else get them extracted. There is no point of keeping such infected teeth in your mouth. Thanks.
