I have small 5 mm dia lump in my left side of the anus. I am prescribed by a Gastroenterology two creams i.e. smuth and cremagel-h. I am applying them twice a day and mild hot salt water treatment is also prescribed twice a day. This will continue for 21 days. I am scared what could be this?
