Ovarian cyst surgery has done of my wife. Is there any food restriction after ovarian cyst surgery. Whether having meat is harmful after ovarian surgery?

No, there are no food restrictions. But surgery is not a solution. You are removing the end product of disease while the disease itself is still there and the cyst can grow again. Or it will come out in another form in future.
