How to cure with a cavity in molar teeth in both sides. Can regular use of toothpaste and mouthwash remove them or only doctor can remove it off.

Hi Lybrate User, Sorry to disappoint you but tooth cavity, once caused, will not cure itself. Cavity occurs when germs have dissolved the calcium structure of your tooth and broken it down. Only a dentist can assess the depth of decay and then decide on the treatment. Regular use of toothpaste and mouthwash will help in avoiding further decays in other teeth.

Hi lybrate-user, it is very surprising and saddening to know that once a part of the tooth gets affected or decayed, it can't repair itself no matter how good toothpaste you use! the problem in future can be delayed but the tooth won't repair itself.
