I have sharp inconsistent pain immediately below my left breast inside my ribs. It occurs once or twice in a day. Also, I feel tired throughout the day. Legs ache even after sleeping. Sometimes I feel a blackout in my vision which normalises after 2 -secs when standing or while getting up.
