Hi. My microalbuminuria is 2.6 gm/24 hrs, creatinine is 0.7 before it was 7.7 gm/24 hrs, creatinine 0.7. I am suffering from membranous nephropathy since august 18. My bp is 130/76. Is my condition getting better. What else I need to do? Presently I am taking ramipril 5 mg, statin only.

Hello lybrate-user. The reports seem better. We need previous reports to compare to see if it is improving. You can consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment.

Hello lybrate-user, your proteinuria is better, but still, it's high. At this stage it would be worthwhile to initiate a course of immunosuppressive medications however, it depends upon serum albumin report and biopsy report. Regards.
