I'm 47 year old woman. For the past a few months, very frequently or almost all the time, my legs are paining like anything. I'm having swollen legs from the down of my knees to the feet. I feel my legs heavy and if I press anywhere on the leg with thumb, pits are forming. Earlier, I used to get swelling in my legs during travelling but now, even if I stand continuously for 10 minutes also, I get swelling and legs become very painful to stand anymore. I feel like sitting by keeping my legs at height. These leg pains are unbearable and eating up my happiness and energy. Becoming dull all the time. Also, breathing becomes little heavy if I walk for 10 minutes even and I experience pulling pain in shoulders and hands. Kindly advise me.
