Hi, I am 31 years old. I get facial done once in a month. Exfoliate once in a while. I eat watery fruits like watermelon and can notaloupe almost daily. Avoid sugar in general and salt (after 8 pm). Can I take any supplements or apply any cream to improve the texture of my skin and even tone it. I'm already taking iso-tretinoin on alternate days to get rid of pimples. This treatment is in last phase now. My daily skin care routine is applying rosewater immediately after bathing, then I apply aziderm 20 on pimple scars, then moisturize with cetaphil and then apply sunscreen (across). May I also know if I can add retinol in my daily routine to brighten and lighten skin tone and avoid fine lines. If yes, which one is the best and how to apply it?
