Hello, for two weeks now I have been experiencing some strange symptoms. It started off with some chest tightness, a lot of yawning and the need to clear my throat a lot. Then it became difficult to swallow and felt like I had a ball stuck in my throat. The chest tightness is a bit better now but still I feel a bit short of breath. I have started taking an asthma inhaler now but i?m wondering if this gerd or lpr reflux. I don?t feel heartburn or anything of that sort. I also was eating plenty of acidic foods such as oranges and dark chocolate, coffee and kiwis for months without any symptoms. Now just recently i?ve felt like this. I?m just trying to get back to my normal life. I?m a professional soccer player and i?m always active but lately i?ve been less active because of this. Please help!

You need to describe your symptoms in detail like when did problem start n did you suffer from cold. Or sneezing (even if 3-4) every day. How is your appetite? Constipation problem. What is your daily schedule? Do you take tea empty stomach? Or in the daytime do you eat small meals every 2 hours etc. With details only can find out whether it?s an acidity problem or respiratory organs problem. Also, don?t use inhaler unnecessarily.
