Sir I have started taking omnacortil 40 mg from last 28 days. I had a problem in liver my sgot on 1 day was 286 and sgpt 136 bilirubin was 12 almost. After 21 days it was decreased to sgot 136 sgpt 106 and bilirubin 3.23 and doctor have told to reduce the dosage after 28 days today. he has told to take 30 mg ,20 mg & 10 mg for 7 days each is iit ok and my health issue will resolve .there are no side effect as eating, etc but I am feeling very much hungry and I have gain my weight also in this regard what should I do please advice.
