Hi. I am 69 year old male and I am on amlodipine 10 mg and atorvastatin 40g and I am severely constipated. I have a healthy diet with fibre, plenty of fruits and vegetables reasonable amount of water. Tried lots of desi remedies with not much success. I have motions every 2/3 days with difficult. Any help would be appreciated.
