Lot of itching in and around my testicles and penis. Mostly in the night or morning. Cannot stop scratching if I start and flakes fall out. It's been like this for long time. Visited doctor few months back and was advised some ointment and tablets for a week and it was better, but increased again after some time. (history: had fungal infection in same place for a long time frequently during school and college time ). But last time doctor said there is no fungal infection, but it is a different kind of infection. Please suggest remedy.
