I have two tendons in my left wrist that are rubbing against each other when my hand is flexed and when I move my thumb. Is that something that will resolve on its own or will it only get worse? I have had 4 injections for this issue with no relief and I am currently in occupational therapy for wrist/hand pain and this tendon issue. So far its sorta helped with the pain but not with the tendons rubbing. This issue has been going on for 6 six months and I am now getting a feeling like the tendons are going to pop or something when I lift heavy objects such as 10lb or more.
