I am 19 years old female. I am fasting during ramadan so I am away from food for 15 hrs and I want to loose my weight maximum 5 to 7 kg faster plzz help me.

Dear lybrate-user, as you are fasting during ramadan and must be consuming 2 meals -one early morning and one late night ,so I suggest these 2 meals should consist of some millets and dal/chicken. Eat 3/4 of your stomach capacity. Don't eat large portions.
