Just few hours ago I had sex with someone. Somehow the protection I used teared up during intercourse. I think I may be exposed to hiv virus because my partner have been into physical relationship with many guys. What should I do? Is their any anti viral drug I can take to be in safe side?

Post exposure prophylaxis taken within 72 hours of exposure offers good protection against HIV. Also, Hepatitis B vaccination will need to be initiated ASAP. Please feel free to take a private consult to be able to assess your actual risk and help you further.
