We are planning for baby and my wife has tsh level 12.92 and doctor has given thyrox 25 mcg and urifree-o. Does the thyroxine amount is ok and will it have any impact in evaluation while taking urifree-o. Are your periods regular? Yes have you ever taken any type of hormonal treatment in the past? Yes what is your preferred method of contraception? Condom have you ever had an abortion in the past? No do any suffer from any of the following disease? Thyroid disorder.

Repeat you tsh after 4 weeks if it is still high increase the dose under the guidance of a doctor.

Having even a slightly underactive thyroid may interfere with a woman's ability to get pregnant, so the reason which is obvious should be corrected, dose is usually started with lower dose and checked response and increased if response is less, good luck.
