You must not take only trika for anxiety as it makes you dependent on it and you will have to keep increasing it over time. Rather yo should see a psychiatrist because trika is not the treatment of anxiety but only a temporary solution and it causes you more harm than benefit in the long term. Anxiety must be treated with medicines which are non-habit forming and with relaxation and other talk therapies.

Take brahmi of Himalaya at night before going to sleep. For reducing anxiety put sesame oil, or olive oil, on your back (over your kidneys) and on your feet. Drink warm milk with honey and saffron. Put a hot water bottle on your feet. Yogic breathing is called Pranayama. Taking time each day to breathe helps settle your nervous system. Which is exactly what we need to do! Meditating, eating, exercising at the same times from one day to the next, can have immeasurable good effects on health. Wake up and go to sleep at the same time each day. If routine is all you change, you will feel a difference in mood and overall health.
