Hi doctor, how can I reduce mt fat and weight as, I eat a lot of junk food and I am not able to control it. My desired weight according to my height should be 65 kgs, however, its 80 and I really want to reduce it please give me some tips how can I do it. There is no physical activity going on. Rather than gymming I am thinking for running will it be a good option. And can you please share a diet plan which I can follow. Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user well you need to control yourself it's not that whatever you wish for the ginnie fulfills it you're your own ginnie so stay confined to a balanced meal and don't eat junk just repeat it to yourself that I have to be healthy think healthy and eat healthy if you will not stop eating junk you have to pay for it either by doing some activity or stoping yourself somehow by eating junk food you're spoiling your gut and the other organs specifically gall bladder and liver eating lot of junk can cause stones in gall bladder I hope you don't want to suffer from any of the above conditions so try to maintain your diet regime by eating 5 veggies and 2-3 fruits servings with each meals try to set a target for 25 mins walk in the beginning and increase by 10 mins also target on eating protein rich diet to gain some muscle mass example eggs chicken nuts and seeds paneer etc. For further queries or diet plans email at email
