Hello doctor, I am diagnosed with adenomyosis and suffering with a lot of pain in periods from past 4 years. Am unmarried and doctor suggested me to test for ca 125 test and the result is 118.6. Then going prescribed me to take leprodex depot 3.5 mg for 4 months (monthly once), after 4 months the ca125 result came down to 7.9. I didn't get my period while taking injection for these 4 months, later I got period after 4 months and it is very very painful like before. And again I went for advice and she told me that, I have to stop periods for 6 months by talking emersa 2 mg or dng 2 mg per day. So my question is which tablet is good for endometriosis? Is it having any side effects? Is it a chronic problem? What should I do for permanent solution? Is hysterectomy is the only solution? Is it a cancerous problem, why they tested me for ca125 (cancer antigen 125)? Thank you for the response doctor, can I get cured from adenomyosis or endometriosis? Any permanent cure in homeopathy, if yes how many months should I take the medicine?
