I have anxiety issues and I have my oral presentation. I usually take propranolol for it and all goes really well. But I'm a Muslim so I have to fast tomorrow by 4: 00 am and my presentation isbat about 12: 00 pm. Can you recommend some long-acting beta blocker? Or can I use atenolol?

You can continue propranolol. Since propranolol is a highly lipophilic drug achieving high concentrations in the brain. The duration of action of a single oral dose is longer than the half-life which is 12 hours. Take it in the morning at 4 am. And its effect will be throughout the day and also try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing daily for 20 min and also before your presentation.

In addition to above, a longer acting (la) preparation of propranolol is worth trying. Good luck for your presentation.
