For headache take tablet paracetamol and we have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache and symptoms of migrane-- It is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and if necessary we can start with tablet propranolol after personal examination
